A hometown celebration of Independence Day, typically held in early July. The specific 2027 date, time, venue, activities and fireworks arrangements are to be determined.

The 2026 event was scheduled at Gumtown Park from 4 p.m. until dusk. Severe weather forced cancellation of that year’s fireworks display. These are historical details, not the 2027 schedule.
