Local Historians speaking on:

“Ribbons of Steel” – The impact of the Allegheny Valley Railroad on Redbank Valley.

There will be a panel presentation discussing the stations, working on the railroad, the Hoodlebug, and other information. The public will be asked to share stories, photos and recollections about the railroad and the industries and businesses it served. At the reception following the presentation, please stay and talk with members of the
Redbank Valley Historical Society to learn about their current project to document the history of the Redbank Valley Area since the late 1800’s.
