Free Memory Screenings

Screenings will be conducted on Tuesday, May 19th from 10:00am – 2:00pm at
Edgewood Heights, 612 Keck Avenue, New Bethlehem.

Screenings consists of a series of questions and tasks. Takes about 20 minutes to complete. Confidential and done by a nurse.
